Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function properly, remember preferences and — with your consent — understand how visitors use a site. Cookies may be set by the website you visit (first-party cookies) or by third-party services embedded in the site (third-party cookies).
Similar technologies include local storage entries, which store data in your browser without sending it to the server on every request. On this site we use local storage to remember your cookie consent preference.
2. How AIWealthLab uses cookies
AIWealthLab Pte. Ltd. ("AIWealthLab", "we", "us") operates the website aiwealthlab.pro. We are committed to transparency about the technologies we use and to complying with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) when cookies involve personal data.
Currently this website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. We use only essential technical cookies and local storage necessary for the site to function and to remember your cookie consent preference. If we introduce analytics cookies in future, they will only be activated after you provide explicit consent through our cookie banner.
3. Types of cookies on this site
Essential cookies are necessary for the website to operate. They enable basic functions such as page navigation and access to secure areas. The website cannot function properly without these cookies. Under the PDPA, essential cookies that do not collect personal data beyond what is strictly necessary may be used without separate consent.
Functionality cookies remember choices you make — such as your cookie consent preference — to provide a more personalised experience. We store your consent choice in browser local storage under the key "awl_cookie_consent".
Analytics cookies (not currently active) would help us understand how visitors interact with the website by collecting anonymous or pseudonymous usage data. These would only be deployed with your explicit consent.
Marketing cookies (not currently active) would track visitors across websites to display relevant advertisements. We do not use marketing cookies and have no plans to do so without clear disclosure and consent.
4. Cookie table
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | First / Third party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| awl_cookie_consent (local storage) | Essential / Functionality | Stores your cookie consent choice (accepted or rejected) | Until cleared by user | First party |
| PHPSESSID (if applicable) | Essential | Session identifier if server sessions are enabled by hosting | Session | First party |
We review this table periodically and update it when our cookie practices change.
5. How to manage cookies
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner appears at the bottom of the screen with three options: "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Manage preferences" (which links to this page). Your choice is stored in local storage and the banner will not reappear unless you clear your browser data.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies or alert you when a cookie is being set. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.
Browser-specific guidance is available from your browser provider — for example, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all provide cookie management settings in their privacy or security menus.
6. Third-party cookies
Our contact page embeds an OpenStreetMap iframe to display our office location. This third-party content may set its own cookies governed by OpenStreetMap's policies. We recommend reviewing OpenStreetMap's privacy policy if you have concerns about map embed cookies.
We do not embed social media tracking pixels, advertising networks or analytics platforms on this website at the time of writing.
7. Your rights under the PDPA
Where cookies involve personal data, you have rights under the PDPA including the right to access, correct and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent for non-essential cookies can be done by clearing your browser storage and selecting "Reject all" when the cookie banner reappears, or by contacting us at [email protected].
For full details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at www.pdpc.gov.sg.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our practices change or when required by law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website.
