About AIWealthLab

We are a Singapore-based practical AI training lab — not a lecture hall, not a theory course, but a workspace where professionals build real capability through structured bench work.

Our mission

AIWealthLab exists to build a wealth of AI knowledge among Singapore professionals — practical, documented, transferable skills that strengthen how people work today. We believe the word "wealth" describes intellectual capital and depth of expertise, not monetary outcomes. Our mission is to make applied AI capability accessible through hands-on lab sessions that respect learners' existing expertise and organisational realities.

We do not promise promotions, new jobs or income changes. We promise structured learning, honest facilitation and materials you can reference long after a programme ends.

Our story

AIWealthLab was founded in 2021 by a group of facilitators who had spent years running corporate technology workshops across Southeast Asia. They noticed a gap: most AI training was either too theoretical or too tool-specific, with little emphasis on the documentation and workflow design that professionals actually need.

We opened our first lab space at Science Park Drive in 2022, running pilot cohorts with small groups from logistics, professional services and public sector teams. Early feedback shaped our lab format — demonstration, bench work, review, apply — which remains the backbone of every programme today. By 2024 we had delivered over 35 cohorts and expanded our Team Lab offering for in-house corporate delivery.

We are aligned with Singapore's national upskilling priorities and designed for the modern Singapore workforce. We do not claim SkillsFuture funding, WSQ accreditation or government endorsement unless explicitly stated for a specific programme.

Our values

Practical relevance

Every exercise connects to tasks professionals actually perform. We use your anonymised context, not abstract scenarios disconnected from reality.

Transparency

We state clearly what our programmes include, what they do not include, and what outcomes we cannot promise. No hidden upsells or unrealistic claims.

Learner-centred design

Small cohorts, structured feedback and flexible pacing. We adapt explanations to your prior experience rather than assuming a uniform starting point.

Responsible AI

We teach AI literacy with attention to safety, PDPA compliance, bias awareness and human oversight. Materials are reviewed regularly for accuracy.

Continuous improvement

Curriculum updates follow tool evolution and learner feedback. We retire outdated modules rather than teaching deprecated techniques.

Our methodology

Four steps guide every programme we design and deliver.

1

Assess

Understand your role, current AI usage and learning objectives through a structured conversation.

2

Design

Recommend the right lab sequence and set realistic expectations for what you will be able to do afterwards.

3

Deliver

Run facilitated lab sessions combining demonstration, bench work and peer review at our Science Park facility.

4

Apply

Support transfer back to your role with documentation, action plans and post-programme clarification support.

Industries we serve

Our learners come from diverse sectors across Singapore and the wider APAC region (online delivery). We have worked with teams from financial services, retail operations, logistics, public sector agencies, professional services firms and small-to-medium businesses embarking on structured AI upskilling.

We do not display client logos or claim endorsements from specific organisations. Sector experience informs our case studies — always anonymised — but every programme is adapted to the learners in the room.

Our location

Our primary lab is at 73 Science Park Drive, #02-08 Cintech I, Singapore 118254 — in the Jurong East / Science Park research corridor. We also deliver hybrid cohort sessions and in-house Team Lab programmes at client offices across Singapore.
